Behavioral laboratory received new vibratom

Sub-programme 1 led by Professor Burda was supported by OP VVV to receive a modern vibratom of the Leica brand for its activities.

This will allow the preparation of very thin histological sections using a vibrating blade. Our team of scientists will be able to use the device in neurobiological research of brain tissues, examination of enzyme content in histological sections and detection of other substances in the cell (protein complexes with iron, copper, detection of amino acids, etc.).
